It's taken a while to get here but it's now here! A completely redesigned & reworked app to replace the current application.
The original SyncPad has has been a trusty workhorse, but it's time to say goodbye & move on to pastures new. Over the next 30 days, the current application will be decommissioned, phased out, and will no longer be supported. We would therefore encourage everyone to install and use the new v2 app as soon as possible. But don't panic, the new app will work alongside the existing app during this transition period in the unlikely event you encounter any issues.
Some of you may still be able to use version 1 after this time period has expired, but please be aware that we will not be able to assist you (other than advising you to install v2) should you have any problems.

I'm using V2 but can't use the photo options with the app. Any suggestions?

There was an issue with the camera & there is now a fix at the App Store.
Make sure you delete the app before installing the new version (2.1) & that will correct the camera permissions.
I installed the latest version onto iPad Pro but our fire service hasn’t loaded and the resfresh is incomplete. Please advise.
The agency data needed to be imported for the v2 service. That has now been completed & you should be able to refresh successfully once you log in again.
