As emsCharts have recently been performing some server migrations, one of their servers had an issue with Syncpad uploads & did not transpose any data to the .com side.
The offending server that was causing upload issues, has been taken offline & normal service has been resumed, so you can go ahead and continue uploading charts as normal.
For any charts already uploaded that appear to be blank, please DO NOT DELETE, you should have the pdf attachments on page 9.
Unfortunately, that means some manual data entry is needed to populate the chart.
I’m sure emsCharts will be issuing an apology soon!
**UPDATE**
Here are instructions for retrieving pdf’s for the ‘missing data’ charts as per emsCharts.
Customers can find the charts by doing a search over the last 2 days and they'll note that 1 or more charts have blank dispatch IDs and the locations will be Unknown. They alternatively (or additionally) add the Attachments field to the search results (at bottom of search screen) to locate charts that have attachments but a lack of other data.
If crews have already written another chart, they would have to go to the original chart, download those attachments, and then attach them to the chart the crews wrote, otherwise they can use the PDF as a reference to complete the chart.
I hope this helps successfully retrieve your chart(s).
