Login Crash - (FIXED)
An update to 2.12.2 released 11/29/18 resolved this issue.

There is a current bug that affects users who have changed their passwords recently.
Workarounds until the next release is issued:
- Delete the app completely & reinstall from the App Store.
- Have a SyncPad Administrator login to the device & deal with any open charts. Delete the app & reinstall from the App Store.
These are only temporary solutions until the next release is issued, which should only be a few days from now.
