How do I become a SyncPad Admin?

From within emscharts.com, go to:

Code Tables --> then Security Roles --> then select a Role Name that you belong to.

On the righthand side of the window will appear your privileges for that role.

Scroll down to the heading Patient Record - SyncPad & check the View all charts on remote devices.

When you login to SyncPad you will now see that you are logged in as an Administrator & you will now be able to view all crew members pending charts on that device.
