I don't see any Service when I login.

Make sure you have accepted your assignment in emsCharts first. Once you have done this you should now see your service next time you login to SyncPad.

  I am also having this issue - how do you accept your assignment on emsCharts?

  Hi Kyle,

  Do you have an active service with emsCharts? You need the SyncPad service enabled before you're able to log in.

  Yes, I currently do have an active service with emsCharts. Would I need to contact emsCharts to enable SyncPad?
