Other ways to share forms from the app

The addition of several options when you click the share icon in the upper right.  Specifically, the ability to email a form and/or share the form via Air Drop.  Pennsylvania is implementing a transfer of care form that will require us to leave a patient demographics form with the hospital after collecting a signature from their staff when care is transferred.  The Assessment form will meet this requirement, however not all hospitals may have Air Print-enabled printers installed.  The ability to air drop or email the form directly from SyncPad will allow us other options to immediately get a copy of that form the hospital staff, as well as to give patients a copy of the signed refusal form, or give patient assessment notes to other EMS agencies responding on the call
