We are aware that some customers who have updated to the latest version now get a crash when trying to upload an assessment form or try and view an assessment form.
This has been fixed and an update is already awaiting approval from Apple to release. Hopefully this will only take a few days. In the meantime, there is a workaround we can use to keep you charting. Please let us know if you are having this issue and we will implement it for you.
